Emocije so torej kot sol in poper na odli\u010dni jedi: \u010detudi je baza vrhunska, vedno potrebujem tisto piko na i, da postane tudi prebavljiva. Te\u017eava nastane takrat, ko se dolo\u010dene emocije zelo intenzivno pojavljajo, posledica tega pa je strah, saj imamo ob\u010dutek, da preprosto ne zmoremo. Emocije lahko tudi preziramo in se pretvarjamo, da jih ni, a dolgoro\u010dno gledano je ta igra zelo nevarna. \u010ce ne bomo pozorni na signale, ki jih po\u0161iljajo \u010dustva, obstaja nevarnost, da postanejo intenzivnej\u0161i, kar vodi v jezo, nasilje, depresijo in bolezen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" src=\"https:\/\/www.glitter.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/a-series-of-wooden-blocks-with-emoji-style-emotions-8876-6b025fcb7dd6de1dc1d9f523bf697e31@1x.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-252016\"\/><figcaption> Vir: Pinterest<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ko do\u017eivimo negativno emocijo, se v nas spremeni vse, od slike v na\u0161em umu do dr\u017ee telesa. \u010ce se isto \u010dustvo vrne, bi lahko vsebovalo pomembno sporo\u010dilo, ki prihaja naravnost iz podzavesti. Lahko torej re\u010demo, da se v nas nahaja zelo krhka inr anljiva du\u0161a, ker ne uprablja besed za komunikacijo, uporablja emocije, zato je res dobro, \u010de jih zaznamo, poslu\u0161amo in v\u010dasih tudi umirimo. Ko za\u010dnemo poslu\u0161ati sporo\u010dila, ki nam jih po\u0161iljajo \u010dustva ter jih prenehamo tla\u010diti, se zgodi pravo prebujenje. In katere so najbolj pogoste emocije, ki jih \u010dutimo in nas morijo, ter kak\u0161no je njihovo sporo\u010dilo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jeza<\/strong>: obi\u010dajno je to signal, da smo eno od na\u0161ih pravil ali meja kr\u0161ili, lahko pa so to storili drugi. Sporo\u010dilo tega \u010dustva je narediti tisto, kar menimo, da je prav, in sprejeti tisto, \u010desar ne moremo spremeniti. <\/li><li><strong>Strah<\/strong>: opozarja, da se bo zgodilo nekaj slabega, na kar se moramo pripraviti. Ob\u010dutek strahu v situacijah, v katerih se obi\u010dajno po\u010dutimo udobno, je opozorilo. <\/li><li><strong>Frustracija<\/strong>: \u010duti se, ko ne dose\u017eemo ravni zmogljivosti, ki smo jo pri\u010dakovali. Seveda obstajajo posebne tehnike, ki jih pomagajo prepoznati in razkriti, da la\u017eje razumemo sporo\u010dilo. Marsikateri psiholog meni, da osebne izku\u0161nje niso klju\u010dnega pomena, bolj so pomembne odlo\u010ditve, ki jih sprejmemo, tiste, ki dolo\u010dajo na\u0161o usodo. Izbira je mo\u010d in to mo\u010d moramo prepoznati, razviti in izkoristiti. Toda zakaj \u010dutimo to, kar \u010dutimo?
